Ingredients
- 1 16oz. container of good culture whole milk cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. of maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
- 2 tbsp. of smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of no sugar added semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese and sweetener in high powered blender until silky smooth. Mix in peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour mixture into freezer safe container. Top with more chocolate chips and peanut butter. Freeze for at least 3 hours, scoop and enjoy!
PRO TIP: Since this ice cream is healthier than your average, I recommend stirring every hour to keep the creamy consistency. You can also blend in your toppings (peanut butter, chocolate, berries) for a smoother flavor.
